Revitalized an abandoned space within an 80-year-old hangar in Denver's Lowry neighborhood, creating a vibrant coffee and ice cream destination. This transformation established a perfect complement to the neighboring Lowry Beer Garden, enhancing the district's appeal as a community gathering hub. Our renovation carefully preserved the location's industrial character, showcasing exposed beams, original wood decking, exposed ductwork and brick walls, and painted concrete floors. The comprehensive build-out included a new bathroom facility, modern kitchen equipment, added HVAC and electrical systems, and thoughtfully incorporated warm wood elements for a welcoming atmosphere. This space now serves as a morning coffee spot and evening dessert destination, contributing to the walkable, community-centered character of this historic Denver neighborhood.
