Transformed a 2,500 sf retail shell space into a kickboxing facility blending functional design with nostalgic athletic aesthetics. The thoughtful layout dedicates 1,700 sf to an open training area with optimal workout flow, complemented by a welcoming front reception desk for member check-ins. Support spaces include well-appointed restrooms, convenient locker rooms, private office, and staff break room positioned efficiently at the rear. The design approach celebrated boxing heritage through design elements, maintaining exposed ceiling systems for industrial character while installing thin brick veneer on a feature wall to evoke the atmosphere of classic training facilities.
