Converted this two-level commercial property into a specialized fitness facility that maximizes functional training space. The main floor transformation delivered 2,000 sf of open, high-ceiling workout area perfectly configured for kickboxing programs. Meanwhile, the 1,000 sf storage room in the basement underwent a complete renovation to create modern locker rooms, accessible restrooms, and a comfortable employee break area.
