Revitalized a 2,600 sf two-story building in Denver's historic Colfax Avenue corridor, creating a distinctive dining destination. The ground floor features a casual restaurant vibe with a comfortable dining area and exposed commercial kitchen, while the second level houses an atmospheric bar with neighborhood views. Throughout the space, the design intentionally blends industrial metals, warm woods, and carefully selected tile elements to honor the neighborhood's storied character while introducing contemporary comforts. This project showcases our ability to balance historic preservation considerations with modern hospitality requirements in one of Denver's most iconic locations.
